Every year I pick one card to target at the national which will be my main focus of the show. Today I got the Purple and I plan to hunt for the Red at the national in 2024 (unless one pops up for sale before then).

Great card. Glad it has no print lines. I found a Bonds red through someone (PSA 8) but it had a print line around his knee area and it just looked awful. The color tone changed at the print line. I just couldn't handle it. Happens to a good number of these but your copy is sweet. Look super clean. Congrats.

I passed on a Red Thomas years ago because of this reason. If there is a print line on these they seem to be horrible. Still Kicking myself for that one though.

Thanks guys. I absolutely love the Crusades. I know some prefer the look of other sets, but I just can't think of a card I like from a purely aesthetic perspective more than them. Even great pictures don't do them justice.

I also picked up this card recently as well. A little rough on the one edge, but it doesn't bother me much.

Beauty. Rough cuts rarely bother me at all. I’m not sure why but if the original blade did it, I have no problem with it and I’m not sure why it would matter so much less to me than other “defects” from manufacturing.

I’ve got some decent Larkins for sale or trade if you’re ever interested. Love all these.

I'm sure I've posted these before, but since we're talking about Crusades I'll post them again just for fun.

Whoa!!!

That Griffey CTA is only assumed to have like 2 copies, right?

Amazing stuff.

Supposedly Larkin has a set of unreleased cards like that, but I've never seen them.

Just got this Tood Helton back from PSA last month.
I submitted two of the same cards and both came back PSA 9, which I'm still glad to have!

Great find! It's always more fun finding a card out in the wild. That is a rare occurrence these days with rare 90s cards. But I think there are lots of these cards just sitting in boxes somewhere that people have no idea what they have.

Every once in a while I'll come across a rare 90s parallel mixed in a collection or quarter/dollar boxes, and most of the time it's not the right player lol

Love that Jeter Skybox Circa Rave. Limited to /150 (if my memory serves). Very underrated parallel set. That purple foil rules!

I picked up a PSA 8 Row 0 LC myself recently (pop 2) to go with the PSA 8 Row 0 regular I already have. Love the look of these cards and the fact each row has a different design.
