I had my car inspected today and knew I needed brakes, a little over $1,000 for me for everything.

Water heater is 12 years old. Needed a new upper and lower thermostat but otherwise looked good. The technician said you can never tell when they are going to go though. Hoping it lasts another year or two. I looked up the model we had and it says between 12 and 15 years.

I guess the going rate is 1,000 plus nowadays. I can’t complain the truck is from 2001 and has 119,943 miles on it as I type it was left to me in my father in laws will so it’s all expected.

So at best 3 years, if it were a human it would be in hospice care.

I needed brakes earlier this year. If memory serves, the brakes were only about $500 for me, but I did not need everything for them.

I am going to finally take a nap. Someone from Canada called me earlier about some cards. We were on the phone for an hour. Just got off the phone with T. She's safely back in North Carolina, but her vertigo is back with a vengeance.

Rear brakes on Sienna about $800, front brakes on Camry about $600.
It's been an expensive month.

Strip clubs are boring. I had my fill of strip clubs when I was in the Navy stationed down in Pensacola.

A peninsula is a landform that extends from a mainland and is surrounded by water on most, but not all of its borders. A peninsula is also sometimes defined as a piece of land bordered by water on three of its sides.

what mainland is it connected to????

i believe a canal separates it from the mainland giving it water on all sides, not just three
