A PSA Rep. sent me an email informing the value of my cards were higher then what I originally submitted. With that being said, I had to re-approve the new total and it showed what grades I got in the invoice. Kind of annoying.

There's no rhyme or reason to any of it. I'm seeing people with the same service, who arrived 3-4 days after me and they have been put into research & ID already and I haven't. I'm convinced that they throw you in a pile in a tub somewhere and if you get put into an empty tub first you won't be picked out of it until all the ones on top of you, who got there later, are picked out to be started. Just a theory but man....they should figure it out and do it in order of first come first served!

something is really off with PSA organization, I used t get all my Subs back in exact reverse order now it's just a random mess, not sure if that happens when a slabbed card is reevaluated and downgraded in Qa2 or not.

When does PSA typically send an email with an upcharge? Just curious because I had a card that was borderline higher than the max value limit. Currently sitting in QA2 so I assume they would've already hit me with the upcharge if that was the case.

Its after QA2 and right before grades pop.

Noticed this quite often and am still under the firm belief that orders are split up amongst different graders which results in the randomness when being packed to ship. I could be totally wrong and maybe someone just puts them all in a pile like a deck of cards and swirls them around before packaging.

Had some very nice results. This order went from grading to QA2 and complete within 4 business days, Entered Received 6/20 Bulk $15 special.

It happened in QA2 for me. If you are sitting in QA2 and have been for longer than it feels like it should, then it’s a possibility.

Grades just popped and I was sent a shipping notification. I had a couple of cards that pushed the $199 limit and didn’t get an up charge notification. Certainly doesn’t mean anything though cause I’ve had some slip through in the past.

Has anyone have an order go from QA2 --> shipped but does not have a tracking number and does not show the grades? I know I was upcharged based on my cc but I have not got an email from PSA.

My understanding on upcharges is that this shouldn’t be possible. They have to get your confirmation to upcharge you, they can’t just do it. When they do email about an upcharge, you also get access to all of the grades in your order.

Thanks so my guess is someone dropped the ball or they are delayed on that email because it has not happened yet.

You should have been charged when the order was completed. Were you charged a higher amount than expected? By how much? Wondering if you factored in return shipping to the expected amount you'd be charged. Sounds unusual.

It was upcharged from regular to express. 1 of the 3 cards got upcharged to express. Increased by $75 so that makes sense. Return shipping was already factored in but it shows completed and shipping but no tracking or card grades.

My 90’s special 20-card submission arrived at PSA on 7/3 (exactly 2 weeks ago) but it still has not been entered. Anyone here experiencing a similar timeline? This was my first submission in over 6 months but I thought PSA had been faster on this step lately.

I submitted a 40 card value bulk order that arrived on 6/30 and hasn't been entered yet either. I think the specials combined with the July 4th holiday probably delayed things a bit. I'm seeing a 10-11 business day timeframe to enter the submissions and that would be tomorrow so fingers crossed.

Yup. They are back to taking 2-3 weeks to Enter them. After that they are moving fairly quickly. Have a 90s special Arrived 6/12, Entered 6/28 and currently is in QA2. A second order Arrived 6/30 still hasn't been Entered yet.

My 90’s special arrived 6/26 and has yet to be entered. I’ve seen orders arriving quite a few days after mine be entered already with the same 90’s special. So basically PSA picks what orders to start working on by spinning a wheel and you have to hope you land in the winners spot. It has nothing to do with who arrived first for the same service level.
