In other words, you may get screwed but it would probably be gentle and romantic.
All wax (especially premium brands) are a gamble. If the floor is losing the $500, the “average” is losing $200-300? And a maybe 25% chance at better than break even means it really doesn’t suck in todays climate I think.

Although, at $1300 buyin, we are maybe looking at a floor of loss of $800-900 (if you work hard) and an “average” loss of $500+. Not so great when wax was MSRP… even worse when it is 2x that

My 10 are still stuck somewhere with FedEx.

All I gotta say is, at least it isn't 2020 TCU Sapphire. Holy smokes did I get bent over on that one.

Fanatics business plan... put out trash products then follow up with less trashy products. Customers are relieved.

Rinse and repeat so bar gets lower and lower each time.

Mine are now stuck too. Showed the departed a PA facility yesterday and now tracking info is showing delivery pending. I was hoping I’d get them today.

Fedex is such a crapshoot. I've had times when it gets here next day with Smartpost and other times it'll delay 6 times before arriving. Right now is the latter.

An average loss of about $500 for a ten box break is a return of about $800.

So my general estimate for where wax price settles at is accurate - between 2x-3x your average break, which makes the range $160-$240.

We are currently at the upper range of where box prices will settle at.

Flippers, this is a good price to move boxes.

I would love to rip my two 10-box cases, but I decided that I am going to be selling them sealed when they come in today.

I have not seen a premium really being paid for a "sealed case". Doesn't look like people are looking at that as a true sealed case huh? more like 10 loose things in a box at the end of the day becuase not like there is a guaranteed case hit etc.

Is that a correct assessment?

All 3 of my 10-box cases arrive on Wed.

Looking forward to them! Might be a long-term hold on 2 (possibly 3) of these cases!

Received my first five box order early this morning. I pulled a Suzuki, Kwan and Witt RD for the rookies and nothing notable with the hits until my last box when I got this…

Royce is on the board! Great hit. Now we're just waiting on Hunter Greene and Jeremy Pena autos.

I'd agree with that assessment. Topps didn't list the 10 box orders as sealed cases like they have done with other products recently. These might be considered "sealed cases" in the same way the first JRod PSA 10 listed on Ebay will be considered an "Ebay 1/1".

These days, how do you really know/prove on the internet that a “sealed case” actually has ten boxes in it to a potential buyer?

My Hunter Greene redemption is out for delivery today...was mailed from OR 2 days after my TCUS boxes were mailed from FL. FedEx is somehow worse than USPS, didn't think that was possible.

My 3 personal boxes were pretty bad, but I hit a monster in a break. Can't wait to have the card in-hand.
