Default Factory Damaged 2021-22 Prizm Cards

As we all know the print quality on this years prizm cards is horrible. I sent back a badly off centered evan Mobley silver and took months before they even accepted it but sounds like they will be sending me a new one. My question is how bad does that the damage need to be for them to replace it? Would they replace off centered cards are like 70-30 or do they need to be worse? Or even 60-40? It seems almost impossible to find perfectly centered cards. Please share and good advice on what kind of damage they will replace and how often you guys are sending in cards would be greatly appreciated. thanks

I sent in some badly OC Prizm Black cards from 2021 Chronicles. They were so OC that some of the cards were showing red and/or green at the bottom (guessing they were at the edge of the sheet?). I sent them in July/Aug of 2021 and they were marked as received in Sept of that year. I have not heard a thing since, other than the time I called Panini and someone actually picked up the phone (maybe 6 months ago?). They basically confirmed they had the cards but had no updates as far as replacement.

I’ve only sent in one card. Pulled a Prizm Lebron Silver Flashback in a group break that had a half inch to an inch thumbnail gash on the front. I put the video in that I pulled the card in so they could see. Sent it in and it got replaced over a year later.

Lol don’t be that guy sending in cards with 60-40 centering, just my 2 cents.

I know topps won’t accept cards for replacement that would grade an 8 or better and I would assume the same for panini. I can tell you I waited over a year and a half for some replacements before and unless the card is very bad and pretty valuable it doesn’t seem worth the wait honestly

Probably an unpopular opinion, but I would hesitate to call a centering issue "factory damage." Poor quality control? Yes, absolutely. But I'm not sure that it's an issue they are required to fix.

Being off centered is not considered "factory damage".
