That is a great reaction and apropos for your level of pouting. You could have substituted for her. She's real good but not perfect.

Does your wife understand the BO character alignment stuff yet? Presumably she is still amused.

With her background in social work and current work advising ASU students, she's mostly been identifying who she thinks is on the spectrum.

My Son had a good time at his horse riding lesson. He learned how to saddle the horse today. He also brushed him again and then got to ride him a little faster this time around the pen and he learned how to direct the horse from corner to corner. When the lesson was over, he took the saddle back off and got to feed the horse some carrots.

Afterwards, we went to a couple of stores in Spotsylvania and our favorite antique store before heading home.

He is. He still wants his own horse. My wife's coworker was telling me how much it costs to maintain a horse per year. He also wants to wear a cowboy hat when he rides but he has to wear a helmet for insurance purposes.

But what is a squirrel other than a chimpanzee that lacks the upper body strength to actually rip someone’s face off?

Speaking of feeding squirrels, I did it literally. Back in my teen years I worked at a local golf course. Over a period of about 2-3 months, there were 3 specific squirrels that would hang around by me as I was sitting in a cart by the cart barn overhead door. This was when I didn't have anything going on. I found that they loved Fritos. Over that period of time, they ended up coming on the cart and would eventually come and take Fritos directly from my hand . In retrospect it was probably not one of the smartest things I have ever done, but it was just one of those things.

Squirrels around here are quite timid the only tree-dwelling animals I’ve seen people feeding are monkeys. Really quite unsafe

It should be a nice quiet day today as my wife is in a Tactical EMS class all day. My Son bought MLB The Show 2022 a few days ago so he has been playing that like crazy. He finally got his created player to AAA yesterday.

I just ordered him a Samsung tablet for Christmas that he saw and wanted the other day when we were at the Verizon store. Best Buy had it on a Black Friday sale already for $80 off.

Had two calls yesterday while we were out for Coast Guard issues.

We left the dog out of her cage overnight to see how she would do. I remember growing up no one ever caged dogs and now it seems to be done around here quite often. I hate it. Now that she is almost 2, I wanted to see if she could be left out without going to the bathroom or getting into things. She did great and was outside our door when I woke up this morning.
