They should be billing people for "free" boxes and I hope they do. If an order was accidentally canceled, refunded but shipped out their CC should certainly be charged again.

It isn't a print run thing though...there are 27 cards that I only have 1 of after 6 boxes...it's just typical Topps collation

Having two gold, two base refractor, an sp, an insert, and the rookies at a minimum makes this pretty easy to break. I can’t guarantee every box has that, but all three of mine did and it appears to be the case from the majority of box rips here.

I don't think you can get free shipping for boxes anymore by adding another item so it's worth the additional cost for standard Fedex. Keeps packages from circling around the same state and more likely to arrive in good shape.

No problem. A week or so with little or no movement for smartpost isn't unusual. I had a package take that long just to leave PA. Any longer, I'd phone Topps and ask for a package trace.

I think Fedex says 7 or 10 days without a scan before you can request a trace. And yes, you have to contact Topps and have them do it for you. Fedex SUCKS

I have called about regular Fedex and you can ask at any time the tracking no longer looks normal but someone posted that smartpost trace must go through Topps.

Has anyone inputted a Yordan Redemption Auto yet? I scratched mine off but topps is saying code Invalid. Was just wondering if they didn't load them into the system yet

I remember someone earlier in the thread had the same issue (not sure if it was Yordan). They called Topps CS and they were able to fulfill the redemption.
