New BGS turnaround time tracker - Page 100

Had a 100 card BAS order delivered mid Beckett move last week and its been noted as received. Curious to see how BAS is doing these days.

I dropped some cards off at the National with Beckett and those haven’t been added to my account yet. Same thing with PSA, I’m waiting for those to be populated in the system too.

Fast service, holy @!#$#@. I saw my grades through pop report. It had a chance at a POP 1 BGS Pristine out of 2025 graded. If it was BGS 10, it would be destined to Goldins.
The last BGS 9.5 slabbed was Jan. 2022, so this is not an easy gem card. None have been sold and none listed

The 2nd card is POP 1, likely keeping it forever.

Waiting for PSA to grade the exact card and exact condition, if it is less than a PSA 10, I'd know something smelly is going on.

with everyone getting their cards back who submitted after me, I emailed my rep and this is a summary of our exchange:

Me: Hey. People who submitted way after me are getting their cards back before me. can you check my status?

Him: It is still processing. "The Standard service was at 2-3 months from you sent them in...The turnaround times updated (still not guaranteed) as of August 1st. orders being received [after] started getting done quicker."

me: I get that orders being submitted to your new location (after Aug 1) may have different finish times, but the orders I am talking about were all submitted in July. [proceeded to give a couple of examples]. so i should be before orders that were submitted weeks after me.

him: "Your order is safe and in line. We should be better organized and closer to the timelines listed in the next couple weeks"

since when does BGS charge your credit card prior to even receiving them? I made a mistake on one of the submissions so I redid it, and it charged me for both...cards haven't even arrived there yet lol

That's horrible.

They have a chance to reclaim #2 with this new office. Get your **** together BGS. Have a $15 service with a 45 day business turnaround w/ subs and watch your business/influence come back. Just stop sucking

I haven't graded BGS in awhile. Current "estimated time" listed on their site for premium is 10-15 business days as of 8-1-2022. My 5 card premium submissions has been there 23 business days so far. A bit frustrating.

Yeah, will dispute with Chase, but pretty unreal that they're now charging immediately given how many people mess up submissions, or simply don't bother sending them out.

Yeah we basically made up for all the rain we haven't been getting the entire summer in 24 hours. It wasn't as bad as the news might make it look. There were definitely some fully flooded streets and unfortunate low-lying areas making getting around some places a challenge but nothing to the level that should delay business.

No. It doesn't mean anything. I passed my deadline like a month ago. It is still in the system from before the pandemic when they used to have to adhere to the deadline. They just never changed the code to calculate and show up.

At time of submission, their website was showing a turnaround time of 10-15 business days (as of May), and it is still showing 10-15 business days (as of Aug). Not true at all...

I'm a little confused on the new method to submit cards. All you do is follow the steps, put in your credit card info (and it charges you immediately...wtf?!?), print out the email confirmation and ship the cards? We don't have to fill out a virtual form anymore?

That sucks to hear, my deadline date was Monday. Guess I'll stop checking my Beckett orders page and just wait to be pleasantly surprised whenever it finally shows up in the mail.

Just got an email from Beckett today that my order (2 card Economy) that I dropped off at the National was received. Only took about a month, but that’s still faster than PSA, who has not given any indication yet that they logged any of the cards I dropped off at the show.
