I mean… damn. I’ve been busy all afternoon and couldn’t tune in to any games. This box score was sweet to read.

Bichette's attitude sucks. Sure he's had a terrible season, but he seems to be 'whiny' in the dugout when he can't produce, and you hope this doesn't rub off on the rest of the team.

I like Bo, but I agree with you. This season his attitude has really changed. If we go after Soto hard, I hope he’s the one to get traded with prospects.

Hernandez has really started to emerge as a professional hitter. Started off ice cold and injured and has worked his way back to .275 after a hot month.

No deadline action yet… I say they go after Carlos Rodon. There’s no way the Giants are contending, especially with the Padres getting Soto and Tatis returning soon. (They weren’t going to contend anyway.)

And lots of relievers still out there.

Jays getting Zach Pop and allegedly more from Miami for Jordan Groshans

Edit: Anthony Bass the main piece coming to Toronto. 1.41 ERA in 44.2 innings this year. That helps!

Yeah, this was reported in reverse order of significance. Pop is…meh. But Bass is a good addition.

Got Mitchell from Dodgers and Whit Merrifield from the Royals.

I’m ok with this. Team needs to handle business. Simple as that.

Adding some speed seems like something they wanted to do. Schneider likes to be aggressive with the bases.

I really wanted the Jays to get Rodon. But Mitch White is not a bad pickup.

It’s a little odd that they went for Merrifield, though. He’s basically the right-handed Cavan Biggio, or Santiago Espinal with outfield versatility. Why not a left-handed bat?
