Not the start I was looking for with the B’s. They started off well, but man that took a quick turn. Hopefully steal the next one.

I'm curious to see if the NHL will suspend Spurgeon for the crosscheck to the ankles of Buchnevich.

The Oiler's/Kings pick was the hardest for me. I was 50/50, back and forth in my thoughts then ended up taking the Oilers 51 to 49 to make a decision.
I was leaning Kings until I thought about Kane then chose the Oiler's. Quick against Smith is a no brainer, imo, as that guy is simply unbelievable at times, especially in the playoffs.
Lots of hockey left yet but if the Kings prevail, I will regret taking the Oilers.

It's fine, Macho Man Randy Savage made a career out of those. I think it was a different sport however.

Game 2 should be a lot of fun.
Smith needs to remember he has D-men standing by to up the puck. There's a reason that Duncan Keith was signed. What a bone-head play.

So the Pens are on goalie number 3. That’s not so good.

Caps win! I may have over estimated the Panthers, or put too much stock in the Caps regular season, or vice-versa.
And Malkin Scores! Great goal. Crosby played well too. Maybe not over the hill yet.

Is Blink 182 the official band of the Avalanche or something? I always hear the crowd singing their songs.

Officials 1, Rangers 0

No way that goal should have been overturned. Kakko was pushed from behind into the goalie, not his fault. Ridiculous call.

Pens played a solid game last night and the Big 4 showed up. Crosby looked amazing.

If the Rangers intend to win by throwing themselves around, it’s not going to work.

Lol it was a goal right before the end of the period to go from 2-0 to 2-1. Certainly changed the dynamics of the game, I was watching! But thanks for the unnecessary tag to try to needle me

Man. I missed the playoff hockey intensity. It's like you watch every year, but somehow over the past 9 months you forget how much everything is amped up.

Rags/Pens series is gonna be awesome. Caps winning is cool.

But, I'm thinking this is just the Avs world we are trying to rent space in. Makar is amazing.

That's really the beauty of playoff hockey though, anything can happen. I think there are a bunch of teams that can win it all if things go right.
