It feels like a series where Luka will put up a ton of stats but the rest of the team may struggle.

Ayton isn't the rim protector that Gobert is but Bridges is a better perimeter defender than anyone on Utah. But Bridges isn't as good as Kawhi and PG13 who Luka torched in the playoffs 2 years in a row.

It will be interesting to watch. My guess is Phoenix will let Luka exploit Ayton in the paint for difficult 2s while locking down the rest of the perimeter to prevent open 3s.

The last 3 minutes on offense were horrible by Dallas. That whole Luke holding the ball until there's 3 seconds left and making a move was just really really bad and won't work this time around. They were lucky to escape. Hopefully they can put the pieces together and shock the world, but with the way CP3 is playing, I don't like their chances. They can't resort to Luka hero ball. They have to play as a team and run an actual offense.

Mavs were 60 points better per 100 possessions with Luka on versus off. Insane numbers.

Exactly! Got really lucky at the end. Most good runs have a little luck sprinkled in though!

If they have to resort to that this round (hopefully they continue with the PnR and general offensive movement) I like Luka's chances at getting a bucket over Ayton rather than Gobert.

But I agree - giving the ball to Luka and watching him navigate through switches at the top of the key to then just sit on it for 10 seconds was bad basketball. Can't imagine Kidd would want to see that again.

The Celtics are rightfully getting a ton of love on how they played defense against the Nets but the Mavs held the highest scoring offensive team in the regular season (116.4) to nearly 20 points less than their average (99) in that series.

Feeling a little frisky about the Mavs having a great defense and arguably the best player in the series vs Phoenix.

I think As far as cards go for this playoff run, a series win over the 1 seed to propel them into the conference championship would finally move the needle on most Luka cards . I feel like Luka is one of the players that felt the correction the most. And almost rightfully so, with all the hype. But a lot of us and others want to see this phenom win.

I feel differently for this coming matchup. As much as I want to see Luka win, I want to see the Warriors lose much more, and I think the Phoenix Suns would present a bigger challenge to the Warriors than the Mavs can at the moment.

Don't worry about that. The Celtics will beat the Warriors if that is the finals match up. I feel about 75% confident BOS is coming out o the east this year.

Dallas can certainly get to the Finals. Don’t know how anyone can deny that with how they’ve played in 2022. It’s just a matter of continuing to perform at an elite level on defense, and the role guys hitting their threes. Luka will get his. Brunson will get his.

100% agree I have them and the Bucks in the finals hopefully. I hope they tell Powell and Maxi not to try any Luka passes they really suck at it lol.

I see quite a few in the Twitter feed from 2 days ago but only the Vertical RPA PSA 9(currently 75k) is still online. Maybe I'm missing them...
