After just one or two moments completed, no other challenges completed, but maybe 5-10 miniseason games completed, the gameplay XP alone has given me about 15k, leaving me with just 25k left to get the final reward. So thanks to the double XP as long as I get through a handful more miniseason games in the next few days, I should get there easily even if I don't do any more moments or challenges

Next objective is to see if I can beat the Whales lol. It's always such an absolutely stacked lineup, and feels like the difficulty goes to 2 levels above what I select

I'm planning on doing mini seasons to grind the breakout/veteran/rookie PXP challenges, so I think that should line up fairly nicely

If I do get there, this will be the first program I complete 100% in any Show iteration

Has anyone else experienced timing issues after updating? The game updated yesterday and since then I can’t hit or pitch.

Ended up finishing off the last bit of XP I needed after just a few mini season games. Got a base round out of the Big Dogs pack and went with Jack Leiter, didn't love any of them and thought he'd be the most fun

Anyone know if mini seasons will reset following the update? If so I'll try to crank out the 8ish regular season games + playoffs I have left first. If not, I'll leave it and get the XP for the next program

Yeah sounds like mini seasons resets right around when ranked seasons resets

I’ve got a mini seasons almost done. 1 game left in the regular season. So as soon as that new program drops, I’m going to do my 1 game regular season and then rip through the playoffs. Creates a quick XP boost at the jump

Finally beat Cover Athletes showdown! I went 10/12 on the mini challenges and went into the final round with 9 runs. It was NOT going well yet again, took me until like the 7th hitter to get on base. Same ridiculousness of so many good/good warning track flyouts, and a patented CPU incredible diving catch, of course. Got it to 10-12 with 2 guys on and just 1 out left, and boss Mauer came through with a walkoff bomb! It is quite nice to have that out of the way. I have the moments completed, so just a bunch of grinding Twins/Mariners/Red Sox to finish it off

If anyone else has this issue, I fixed it by disabling the 120hz output

We know 4 of the 5 bosses so far for the program and they are

Zack Britton
David Justice
Tom Seaver
Someone else I forget who but they announced it

And the 5th is being announced today. I expect there will be 2 boss packs, 1 earlier on that’s randomized like last packs and then a choice pack later in the program

Also flash sales starting at 4 ET today. Expect headliners/LS/Big Dog players to take a big dip right after pack release then rebound

I think they've only announced 3. A tweet from them this morning said they are announcing the 5th on their live stream (remember to log on and at least have it playing in the background for twitch packs), but I think they skipped one by accident

I know I shouldn't, but I'll take a stab at a diamond flash sale pack

I didn't play last year so I am having a hard time remembering what is the typical percentage drop during flash sales?

Setting up some buy prices to finish a few collections and also pick up some other guys I might like to use. Trying to go low but don't want to go too low that I miss out on depressed prices.

This year more than previous it is a shot in the dark. Every year players get "smarter" about the market and ebs and flows. Like they might drop, but also people have more stubs they are sitting on waiting to flip. I like you, am hoping to snag some to help me almost complete the NL, and I imagine 1000s more are doing the same.

So I would say try and leverage where you think they drop to and be quick to cancel and adjust 3-4 minutes after its live. Because people will be on and it will go VERY quickly.

Feels like 15-20% is probably about right, even more so for the lower end ones

Early impressions, both the Mathews and Justice look like pretty sweet bats. I will admit I wrote off the Justice when announced, but that was pretty good stats on there. I might have to do one of those and then the Britton

Have almost all of my stubs tied up in active orders. Curious to see how many, if any, will trigger.

Brutal on the stats update, they killed a few guys and really didn't bump anybody of consequence other than the Angels. Sad I did the Dodgers collection a week ago, Didn't think they would have much reason to downgrade the team with the highest record in baseball..salty ass SDS.

I have to agree.

I get it's only the 2nd program and cant be releasing awesome 99s already...I actually like the slow progression over overalls...

But looking at the stats..

Matthews looks solid as does Britton

Erie Banks is eh..how does he have 78 contact but 96 power vs righties...and 116 contact 87 power vs lefties...weird

Seavers stamina and control is great...but..rest is very meh

Justice as a bat looks incredible...but no way you can play him in outfield with 45 speed lol

Also weird they re-upped on the legend packs from FOTF program. Backend of program is loaded with base packs as rewards...eww

The POTM cards better be great. I get it they want to hype the game etc, but they really OVERHYPED the "greatness" of these bosses imo.

Already done with Topps now and half of Royals City Connect...now.to burn through Conquest with Royals to finish both

Welp..definitely can't complain about pack luck anymore lol

Finished off the new conquest and decided to just rip everything.

Pulled another Chase...I'm now 0/4 with all 4 being GOLD lol

But ended out with pulling Tatis and Vlad in back to back base packs!!

Sold.both and went on a shopping spree lol

Finished out all of the FOTF cards, Anime Cards and now just need 4 more Cover Athletes to finish that.

Back to grinding Mini Seasons for stubs lol

Pack luck is starting to turn around a bit- over my last 40ish regular packs, I've hit 3 diamonds! Buehler, Albies, and Sal Perez. No high diamonds yet, but it's a start. Funnily enough those were all out of regular packs, and out of the maybe 15ish combined last BIAH/headliners, not a single diamond

Trying to decide what to focus on at this point. Finished off the new conquest already, which helped me get down to the last 1,000 PXP each needed on Twins/Red Sox/Mariners for the cover athlete program, so probably going to go ahead and wrap that one up first. From there, will shift focus to the Royals program (timely hit of Perez to get another worthwhile bat to grind), and mix in some of the program cards to work on those PXP mission a well. I haven't done anything online yet this year, and tbh don't really want to, but thinking it could be worth getting 10 event wins for that event reward choice pack. But there will probably be some new content drops that are more interesting to me before I get to the event

Excited to see what happens tomorrow with mini seasons. I want to get back to grinding it(went to USA conquest over the weekend for a change of pace).

Need to grind Topps now and sell those cards on Thursday/Friday because I dont really want POTM ever not worth the stubs usually. Then hoping to grind out a bit more of mini seasons and USA conquest and get Acuna to finish the NL. My biggest misstep to this point was doing the AL central and the yankees early(All of that should have went towards the NL). Getting Acuna/Utley/Clemente will massively boost the squad.

Just ranked..with 2 new diamonds in Ashburn and Percival for Pennant race..and Castilla and Kershaw for World Series

Also...all 5 "spring cleanup" bosses are already down to a mere 35kish

So nothing new really coming until Thursday it seems with Topps Now/POTM program
