I’ve ripped a few blasters of this don’t like it as much as chrome or Merlin. I did pull this auto to 5 out of a blaster last night though

Ripped open a couple retails skus of this today. The reactive parallels are a bit too busy for me, tbh. Nice cards though - will throw a few in the PC pile.

I've pulled two Gold /10 from 2 Megas. Got really lucky but odds are decent.

Also, you should get one numbered/Genesis card per retail box I think.

Is Mosaic dead already?

I genuinely don't know anyone that likes it, or actively pursues their favourite players in it.. in soccer, football and basketball (and to a lesser extent, Baseball)

Football sold well still does. Wax is still high.
Basketball was almost the most popular set.

Right now the market is just dead overall.

I've sold more wax of mosaic in all sports than anything else.

There's barely any soccer collectors left so besides hot rookies no one cares about anything.
I can't give away Merlin cards either.

2020 baseball mosaic sold great.
2021 rookies are are weak.

Once products dry up things can change quickly.

You ever heard the term mosaic is money in basketball forum.

We were selling wax 5x-10x msrp at one point.
No psa now. Everything dead.

There's a reason why this statement is undefeated.

Mosaic is definitely growing on me. I certainly don't mind that most in the hobby (especially flippers) find it undesirable - makes it easier to collect the players that I follow.

Peacocks Genesis and anything low numbered still sells well.

The auto checklist is better than anything topps has ever put out especially the veteran players.

I like to collect and I've been picking them up. Tons of blasters, megas and a retail box. Fun rip for set builders.

I'm not even halfway done and I pulled a Klose auto so I'm happy.

Mosaic looks good overall

What's really annoying is too many of the same colors...
Why do we need 3 different "pink" cards....

The common pink looks the same as the /25 pink so dumb.

I found a bunch of racks at Target and ended up pulling a Dani Olmo Rc 7/15 which appears to be his jersey #. Anyone know anything about this player?

What are people's thoughts on how some of the top rookies in here representing their national teams will compare to their many other RC's representing their club teams in the long run ? Camavinga, Doku, Szobo, and Gravenberch specifically are some very interesting hobby names and I believe these will be their only national team RC's. Has that traditionally mattered?
