Ditto - I had one Economy order that I mailed in June that they entered at the end of July. They had it back to me by the first week of August. It was crazy how fast it went. I had it back in just under 2 months door to door.

I had a value modern sub that popped today that was recieved on 8/20/20. I got totally brutalized on the grades! Seems like the last few subs I've gotten back have been getting steadily worse on the grades.

77/153 gems for my October bulk. Bigger cards got 10’s. They damaged multiple cards. Some of the corners are sliced.

Sliced as in the corner is gone? Or, a indent/crease?

I only got 2/50 gems in most recent. 13/30 in previous. Luckily I haven't had any damaged but have had 1 or 2 in each sub that were mislabeled and have to be sent back

Sorry to hear that. Iv been getting slightly lower grades every time.
I have a 100 card value modern order that was entered on 9/16 with 90 of the same card. I hope this is the light at the end of the tunnel for this order that seems to be in grading since forever.

I'm really hoping they start to pick up the pace soon...yea right

How many? Did you contact them? Iv had damaged cards in the past but iv never pursued anything. I figured they would tell me i didn't look the card over closely and tell me to go to hell. I had one with a crease on my last order. I look all cards over about 3-4 times over the course of about 3 weeks and i know it wasn't creased before I sent it.

Derived these metrics from the CTD tracking Google sheet shared TheChukster after the service changes at the beginning of this month.

It's difficult to draw conclusions after just a month but we at least have a base to now glean from in the following weeks. The reholder and vouchers cats are skewed because they weren't being reported the first two weeks - I simply backfilled those initial values once they were provided.

Well, this is unexpected. Got another email today. We’ve gone from entered to research to grading in one day. Granted it was only 4 cards and it was 2 each of 2 different cards so it wasn’t too hard to check in and research.

Yeah, my 9/4 CC voucher hit assembly Friday and got to QA1 in the middle of the night yesterday, maybe grades will pop tomorrow, got a few big boys in there that have exploded in price (2017 Acuna Refractor /499, 1993 Topps Jeter, 2x Dynamic Dual Autos Yordan/LouBob), might have some upcharges.

How do they upcharge you on the vouchers? Do you pay the differential between what used to be Economy pricing ($20) and the level they end up charging you at?

2) Soto Pink HMT55 - one graded a 9 and one a 10.

It was my first ever submission to a grading company so I’m pleased. I’ll be curious to see what the flaw on the 9 was as I felt they were pretty identical. Perhaps I missed a print line or a centering issue?

I get that PSA fell behind due to unprecedented demand but what I have an issue with is them listing "current" wait times for premium services (Express, Super Express) and then missing those marks by 200-400% with no reoperations to the customers. I have value orders in from 9-4-2020 on and am patiently waiting for those to be completed but I expected my fairly recent express and super express orders to get filled within the windows they are currently advertising. I am currently at 200-300% of those time frames and still have not moved from "grading".

Awesome for you! But just head shaking stuff. My express sub was received on 02/17. Still sitting in Grading. I just sent off a Super Express order so it'll be interesting to see how it moves along.
