It's just interesting seeing people complain about the long wait but STILL sub to them when there are other companies with better prices and turnaround times.

That’s great to hear. They received mind on 3/11 I was under the low price $75 a dollar. Still a huge amount when most Americans don’t even make that a day after taxes

Regular is catching up quickly, pretty incredible to see Express orders, which now are at a whopping 150 per card, taking almost 2 months. I don't see the value in paying 1/3rd more for around 10 days faster service (at this $ level).

I expect express will actually take 3+ weeks longer than 2 months with all the issues with ‘logging in’ cards PSA is having. CTD is just from ‘logged in’ date, I’ve got 2 express orders that arrived on 2/18 and 2/20 that weren’t marked as received until 2/26 and 3/1, and neither has been logged in, so anything received past middle of February will take about 3 months door-to-door... Express used to get to research within 2-3 days of being received, and grading soon after, so these CTD’s aren’t telling the whole story of how behind they really are.

It will take time for this to sort out, especially w/ a warehouse full of cards that haven't been logged yet. Just buckle up and put your big boy pants on.

Fully agree, I remember end of last year I had some Express orders going through pretty 'quickly' around 2 full weeks - remember those days people complained about 2 weeks...

Seems like the logging of express died right around 2/19 or so. Watching this thread “received” cards were moving along until that receipt date. I have an express that made it to them around first week of Feb that was entered 2/23 and not logged. Was watching this thread and figured they’d be logged last week or even the week before based on cards entered the week before mine. Nothing....dead in the water.

I’m guessing that regular will now slow down. Bet they start working on the last 5 tiers and get Express going again....

My Express order was received on March 2nd but still showing as "arrived"...usually it takes 2 weeks for them to start grading, it's definitely packed at their warehouse I guess. Or anyone else has express orders delivered after March 1st being processed?

2/23 express still “arrived” over here so it’s looking looking like it’s well over 3 weeks just to get to entered at this point.

Yeah, I’ve got 2 express ahead of you marked arrived by PSA on 2/26 and 3/1 still not logged in, and this was after taking a week to mark them as ‘arrived’.

My express received 2/20 went to order prep/research ID on 3/19. Probably be another 2 weeks before it moves. Must be great to double your prices and still have this kind of service.

Does anyone know if vouchers are not being processed?

I sent in a voucher order right after they stopped selling the vouchers in September, logged in October.
I think vouchers = regular
The regular orders appear to have CTD in January.

My order is still I research.

I email customer service 3 days ago but no response yet. And the phones are to jammed.

I’m waiting for an email reply but does anyone here know if vouchers are getting pushed?

Anyone else feel like this is a great time to just accumulate grade worthy raw cards and just kind of wait for things to get on track a bit?

I know that's what I have been doing now for a couple of months and once things seem "normal" with the turn around times I'll submit.

I have around 200 ready for grading cards and about 10 LeBron rookies that I am holding until things settle down. I can hold my cards just like them with little concern of them getting “lost!” I put my big boy pants on long ago so not even stressing about my 600+ cards they have in possession including 2 February received express orders.
