is the USPS Slow Down altering your buying habits?

Things still must be slow because my mail lady is still out doing mail at 7pm. Plus I still have packages from week+ still not in my state even.

Received my mail at 8:30pm today. Feel terrible for these carriers. Just snowed here too, can’t imagine trying to navigate the slick side walls and driveways in pitch black.
