As far as the Russian interference into the 2016 election, I don't think the Democrat position was that Russian cast fraudulent ballots. I think the claim was that Russian propaganda had found its way into our news outlets and was also propagated by Trump and his campaign. In fact, it looked like some in the Trump campaign worked with and openly accepted misleading or hacked documents to hurt the Clinton campaign.

Again, if the Trump campaign is squeaky clean, then why did so many wind up in court or in jail?

So in short, the left's claim of Russian interference into the 2016 election, something that there is very little doubt of at this point is vastly different than the right's claim of fraudulent ballots being cast or counted in the 2020 election. Trump's conduct the past week, from declaring victory Wednesday morning to claiming states he lost as his on Twitter later in the week, is disgusting and immoral. He's doing everything he can to disparage the office as it's clear he lost and is on his way out.
I’ll paraphrase. Neither have a case

Did you take those screen grabs yourself or are you just reposting them? If you didn't take the screen grab yourself, how are you so sure they're real? Why are they so fuzzy? I take a screen grab off my computer and it looks nothing like that. Snipping tool takes very clear photos.

This never existed anywhere in the data dumps.

Ever.

So, what does that mean?

Some great patriot like yourself, apparently wanted to chip away at the foundation and manufactured some "evidence" to stir the pot.

There have been data errors, documented data errors, as there are in every election. This is not that.

God bless America...tin foil hat wearers and all.

Odd yes. But Edison Research, the company who made the Arizona debacle for the data that opened back up AZ a few days ago is the company who reports this data for the NYT. They could have screwed up here as well.

To the people that say there's no voter fraud, I have a question for you. Why are you so upset about the legal proceedings? If there's no fraud, and you're so confident about that, why would you be so opposed to audits and recounts?

Donald Trump was ahead in the dumps 2,158,770 to 1,571693. But what I don't have is 3rd party #'s so either someone manipulated the image to change her total AND change the corresponding %'s so that they made sense, or it was a bad vote dump.

But no matter which one you pick, it still doesn't prove much of anything. It does show an error (if you believe it to be real) but I can show you plenty of those elsewhere. Do you know how many times a vote dump occurred where a candidate (almost always Trump) received negative votes? A LOT!

Everyone always rushing to get things uploaded, sometimes they screw up and re-up. It happens.

Just like they fight against voters ID. Why? I can literally walk into the polling place, give my neighbors name and address and vote for them, go back the next day and do it for a different neighbor.

It's hard to imagine screwing up counting. How incompetent does one have to be to mess that up?

I mean, numbers get transposed, typos happen, but how is there not a double or triple check before information is made available to the public?

The other day I saw a commercial on TV with writing at the bottom of the screen. In that commercial, they had misspelled a word. How many proofreaders did that get past before being aired on national TV? How much incompetence does it take?

These companies suck if that's what happened. Suck bad. They had One Job.

i did early voting in person and thought the same exact thing, im like how is this not harder regulated? I did find out that George Mikan's relatives live like 2 houses behind me though this way. The guy behind me said "Mikan" of course i asked, and he confirmed it.

Yes, they suck. You can find no shortage of stupidity.

Here - A ballot box on the street was left open and unlocked for more than an hour with thousands of ballots inside. If I wanted 20, I could have brought home 20.

Here - A ballot box was forgotten to be picked up until the day after the election. Just sat there all night and all morning.

Your job is uploading vote totals or picking up ballot boxes, or securing them or whatever. It lasts like a week (and sometimes just a day). But people are people; they make mistakes and mistakes will happen. The important thing is to be open, honest and transparent about them because to say nothing leads to conspiracy chatter.

I’m not upset. It’s bunk. The problem is when these things get rejected by the courts and people still won’t be convinced.

Crazy times.

It seems as though there should be systems in place to catch these things...checklists, verifiers, etc. Hire someone to do the job and then hire someone else to check that the job was done correctly and then hire someone else to check that the check was done correctly.

No shortage of stupid...yep. We see mistakes in hospitals all the time. The levels of incompetence in this world are staggering.

Stay out of Newsweek!

From here - https://www.hhs.gov/coronavirus/expl...eed/index.html

"July 22: HHS announced up to $1.95 billion in funds to Pfizer for the large-scale manufacturing and nationwide distribution of 100 million doses of their vaccine candidate. The federal government will own the 100 million doses of vaccine initially produced as a result of this agreement, and Pfizer will deliver the doses in the United States if the product successfully receives FDA EUA or licensure, as outlined in FDA guidance, after completing demonstration of safety and efficacy in a large Phase 3 clinical trial, which began July 27th."

Wrong, news says it has to do with Pfizer AND Biden winning, probably more the latter

Yes, that is true...although not terribly important.

Instead of getting funding for research, Pfizer risked their own money and their own research into the generation of a vaccine.

They subsequently received a $2 billion order from the government, that would be guaranteed if their vaccine was proven effective.
