Take a look at what they charge to ship a single crappy card across the border.

Crybabies.
tracking is for the seller's protection, not the buyer.
so no reason for them to pay extra for it.

Sorry to give you the bad news, but breaking in Canada is just not worth it. Selling cards from Canada on eBay is also very difficult. You will get $10 to $20 less than US prices because of the shipping. Plus I don't buy from Canada period because of the shipping issues I have heard about.

I also have personal biases against breaking because of the gambling aspect. That is another debate all together!

I've been selling lower end cards on eBay with no tracking for a little bit now and it's going well but disappointing that breaks are not an option

Everybody gangsta until one buyer files for not receiving the item.

Regardless of what you pursue, you'll always be a better breaker than the Canadian grifter who's name rhymes with "Tampax Guards".

There's already big breakers in Canada.

Cloutsnchara. Breakaway. Tons of shops do it.
They do mostly hockey but other products too.

You won't be able to compete with them.

How are you over there often? The border has been closed for months and who the hell knows when it is re-opening? Unless you are a truck driver or fly down, you can't just drive down to do a box break...

This sounds like a 13 year old who won’t listen with his first idea.

When you factor in shipping costs, exchange rates, taxes and distributor markups, I don’t see how you can make money doing this. Good luck to you, though.
