Default you just sold your 2018 Luka prizm psa 10

you just sold your Luka prizm psa 10 for $8000.00 and made 96% margin return. hopefully you don't need the money for a family emergency. what do you do with proceeds? reinvest back into hobby, buying something in the same parallel or go vintage? take the money and run and hopefully put it into another safe investment?
do u start buying 2019 Luka silvers psa 10 for 1000.00? just curious what the thinking is here and what the trend is?

I’m a big proponent of buying higher quality Luka- take that 8K and buy a Immaculate RPA.

Re-do front yard of the house? Get that paint job you've always wanted. Pay for your kids tuition

that's the logical thing to do, but bank is giving you .03% interest dead money. this is also another reason why hobby has exploded, people aren't keeping money in bank.
also it will suck if that Luke psa 10 silver is 15k in two years and u miss out, but could also be 2k....from real estate experience things will sink but in the future always come back and then higher....

I have a PSA 9 Silver Luka...

I told myself the only way I'll sell it is if I can turn around and use those funds to purchase a PSA/SGC 1.5 or 2 graded Ty Cobb green back.

Honestly wasn't expecting the two to equate any time soon, but it's getting their faster than I expected...

Save $2000 for the taxes you have to pay on it.

My dad has an 84 T Type turbo. I blew some kids away 20+ years ago in a remote part of the state. It’s in need of some touch up but I still feel a need to buy it from him.

t-tops, shave the door handles, suicide doors, round it up a bit, little fender flare--have some fun with it. The engine is all that matters.

None of that. Just a stock 1987 Grand National GNX. Dont do anything to it. The t-top is the reason for the twist in the frame from all the torque.
