If your argument is that it’s cheaper to start a business in the US then you’re also admitting the growth isn’t organic and can’t be sustained.

Monetary policy isn’t supposed to be used as a long term solution but right now it’s being used that way

They both affect the end price that consumers pay.

If USA producers can borrow money at a lower rate, pay less in regulatory fees and pay lower taxes, they should be able to lower the price for consumer goods to stay competitive with China that manipulates the currency, pollutes the environment recklessly and uses Muslim slave labor among other abusive labor practices.

I hate the two party system so much because we get the worst candidates under it BUT the American people are too stupid to comprehend a third, fourth, or even fifth option. I came this close to convincing my late deeply conservative father to vote for Obama over Romney. I argued that both were moderately liberal but the difference was that the Republican Congress would work with Romney and move the country slightly left in many ways while it would absolutely stonewall Obama and leave the country basically where it was.

He was convinced by the argument but not persuaded.

We had some great arguments over politics and I miss him every day. What I wouldn’t give to tell him about some of the left wing insanity I see daily at the university while also giving him hell for voting for Trump. (He passed in 2013)
