ebay buyer to block: wapooshe7

I sold Topps Project 2020 Derek Jeter #39 by Matt Taylor PR /9322 IN HAND NIB RC Rookie to Young Park (wapooshe7) for $199.99. I do not offer returns on project 2020 cards because now this card sells for $40.

He opened a case against me for item not as described and took a picture of the card as it's pictured in the listing. This was the exchange:

Here's what happened
Jun. 11 :Buyer provided tracking information for return
Jun. 10 :A return request initiated
Jun. 10 :Case opened
Jun. 4 :You sent a message
CommentsI'm sorry I do not offer refunds on Project 2020 cards. The auction was for the card as pictured, which you received. Nowhere in the description or title does the listing promise a perfect case. The case is merely to protect the card from damage. You bought the encased Derek Jeter card picutred and that is the exact same card you received. Thank you for your business!

CommentsAbrasion on the bottom of the card.

Today I got the card back. I don't see any "abrasion" on the bottom of the card:

eBay and paypal are ruling in favor of the buyer on ALL OF THESE cases.

I think so far I've lost something like $900 or so in profits because of these scams they promote.
