Its interesting how things are shaping up based on artist popularity and how early in the run a card is.

Mister Cartoon Clemente Card #10 Print Run 1844 Best BIN $529

Naturel Clemente Card #19 Print Run 1819 Best BIN $170

When its all said and done Cards by Artist as opposed to Player, aside from the huge names will be the driving factor of price.

I would say the least popular so far are Vides, Oldmanalan, Rochester, Grotesk and Chang

Beck is actually low, but he hasn't had many big names yet.

I think people should be warned about overspending on Thomas Don C.

If a Jeter Saladeen (9873 PR) can be had at $80-90, what makes people think that once its in hand, a Frank Thomas Don C. is going to command over $100 at at just shy of a 12k PR?

These cards are gonna flood ebay as soon as they are in hand. Save your money and scoop em on the cheap.

I don't really care for Taylor's other cards, but the Henderson just looks cool to me. It reminds me of the early 80s for some reason.

Last sale was yesterday @ $205.

I can’t talk up StockX more for these cards. It’s a pretty big gap to overcome, but way more supply on StockX than demand for that specific card.

Lowest BIN $225 obo. An auction ended this morning at $255 with bids today (not 5+ days ago). But others were lower and there are a lot of auctions running now....so I'm still watching.

I'll wait til the bottom is clearly defined and then decide if I want in.

This is still fun.

Yeah, that card seems to have hit bottom, stabilized and may slowly creep upwards going forward.

The only safe investment right now is Money Bear. Less than 1,000 copies.

As a follow up Jeter Saladeen is a wonderful buy right now at these levels IMO

Yeah the last Don C Thomas just sold for $110 best offer half an hour ago. It's his first card but it's still a 12k print run. Chang's Ichiro is half the print run and that's going for $75 now.

I would say it's just really hard to compare. It's Mister Cartoon's first card and Naturel's second. I like both cards, but one is very close to the original and one has strayed pretty far form the original.

No doubt artist, player, print run, and aesthetic/appeal will affect the value.

Mister Cartoon's George Brett (#43), 2360 PR
vs.
Naturel's Tony Gwynn (#40), PR 2319.

Brett BINs down in the $130-140 range.
Gwynn BINs down in the $115-130 range.
Both have recent auctions ending just north of $100.

I think other factors than just the artist make the difference in the Clemente v. Clemente example above.

As always, buy what you like.

Don C is also a bit of a gamble because he only has 2 cards and its hard to know what exactly is style for all of them will be. The other 19 have at least 5 so you have a good sense as to what you will be getting.

Mailday. The 2 on the right are snap cases. I bought a pack of 25 one-touches so I'll switch them over since they are for my PC

My Baller Trout is also in a snap case....it looks super short displayed like you did yours. How do you remove, open the case? I never had a snap case
