I don't consider myself a 'doom and gloomer', but I just decided to list the last few cards I have in hand that I really dislike. Baller Thomas, Taylor Jeter, Chang Gibson, and a couple I have dupes of. As I said before, there's nothing wrong with exercising a little prudence and pulling some money off the table to fund the rest of the 300 cards I want to purchase.

I'm certainly not trying to dampen anyone's mood, kill the buzz, etc. The only positive vibes thing is definitely pretty whiny though. I assume most here are adults and there's absolutely no reason we can't have constructive conversation about where the market on these cards is going to go. I've got plenty invested and am very much so rooting for these things to continue to skyrocket. I also will be collecting a lot of the cards that I like moving forward, so don't take it as all these "flippers" care about is the market. Frankly, it's perfectly fine to care about the profitability aspect and nothing else, as I'm sure a large swath of this thread falls into that boat. That's actually what has turned this thing into what it is.

Griffey at 48-49k would be ideal for the snowball to continue. It gives Blake's Trout a wide open window to set the bar at 50k+. This would help everything and everyone.

Most of the presellers do that after the window closes and their orders have been placed. No reason to keep it at cost and have too many people buy them and you can’t fulfill them.
