Easily 40 hours a week. I am probably around 30. Haven't been paid a dime.

I can confirm the e-mail that was sent. It's being handled.

Do you want to help or continue on in your usual way?

As I have said, my initial belief was that the card was trimmed. I did not discuss it with Court as I did not feel it was my place to do so. As I have also said, the manner in which the outing was posted did not sit well with me. It seemed strange that it did not receive its own thread and that it did not receive much of a response from the community. So I looked at it again on Friday and had my concerns as I first described on Saturday. I did talk to Court in person Saturday, and in essence said "hey, I have these concerns, are you okay if I post them?". I didn't know what was going on between Court/Lou and the seller, and did not want to step on any toes given the magnitude of the transaction. He gave me the okay, but preferred that I not post unless the thread was otherwise bumped by someone else as he and Lou are still in the process of making arrangements for how to handle this. I felt that was fair. The thread was bumped by Deadshot, I asked if he was still okay with me posting my thoughts, and he said he was.

Never once did Court ask me to post, nor did he direct me what to post. As I've said, I've done this on my own accord and knowingly put my neck out there in raising questions. I have nothing to gain, only credibility to lose. I understand how the Blowout mob works. So if you want to hang me, so be it. I did not disclose the added knowledge I had because I wanted my concerns discussed without them being immediately dismissed simply because I know Court.

Am I sad for Court? Absolutely. Am I happy to see the added details from Abra which help close the gaps? Absolutely. Ironically, I believe the discussion on HobbyKings to be better evidence that the card is altered than the images.

And to answer whether this was coordinated between me, doublestryker, and USMC, it absolutely was not. I don't have a clue who USMC is. I did meet doublestryker at the show, but he had no advanced knowledge of my post and I didn't ask him to comment. He did that on his own accord. As did a couple others who raised concerns.

Khal, I feel you did the right thing by raising your concerns based on the evidence available at that time. I did not post or comment anything until Abra posted the screenshot of HK thread discussion from Nov 2006 because I was not sure either until Abra's post.

Do I feel bad for Court? Absolutely. I would feel bad for anyone who has been affected by this because of the money involved. I would have been glad if it was proven that the card is NOT altered for Court's sake.

People that reach out to 3124508 need to remember they are only offering an opinion based on the information they have. I've reached out on some PSA Mahomes cards before, but only after doing my own research and just wanting to confirm what I already know and perhaps see if there was any additional information. I realize when buying a $500k card you're going to want to get as many opinions as possible, but I don't see how you can crucify 3124508 for having an opinion based on the information they had available and then changing that opinion when additional information was available. I feel like the buyers were trying to do their homework, but they had incomplete information. It's unfortunate, but I don't see the need to blame 3124508.

Is this a serious question? Do you guys not remember me as 6 bux? From this very thread?

No, I am not an investor in this card. It’s a two person endeavor as you have known since shortly after the deal was done.

BODA did not have the original raw scan when they made their assessment.

Now that the raw scan has surfaced, along with the forum posts indicating it was once a BGS 8, is there anyone who really still thinks this card isn't altered?

Hey, no one was interested in throwing you in the guillotine like you suggested previously, but if I were you and I wanted it to stay that way I wouldn't be keeping this up.

I’m talking about 312’s post on 2/26 where the right edge was not discussed. I am not talking about 312’s private assessment.

Don’t make threats. Say what you want to say. I’m not going anywhere.

It's not a threat, I'm a nobody. I'm just saying if you don't want all this negative attention then you should probably drop this.

I want what people think I deserve. I accept the consequences of my decision to speak out here.

Sure that's understandable.

I think most people speaking out are hoping that you and the buying conglomerate holding 25/99 will also accept the consequences of getting what you paid for regarding the "extensive legwork" to find out if the card was or wasn't altered, and not trying to drag literally the best poster we have here through the mud.

Doesn't seem like you should have given an opinion at all if you did not have all of the information necessary to form an adequate one.

But in this situation, you really dropped the ball. Moving forward my only hope is that you are more careful with what information you put out there.
You paid nothing for an opinion on a 500k investment. If I was 312 I'd tell you to pound sand.

Exactly right. I would check my screenshots to see if I had anything on it and not lift another finger. By the sounds of it 312 was very careful in how he worded his advice too. Just crazy.

It brings into question, why hasn't usmc03vet posted the original correspondence like 312 said he could? It seems like that would probably clarify a lot of things.

it’s because joe knows he’s lost. Posting more just kept the discussion going. So he’s decided to stop posting and instead spend his time praying that the thread dies down and people just forget. Brandon Taing calls this the “kids birthday party technique”.
