2019 Panini Playbook Master Box Question (Missing box)

My wife and I bought a master case of 2019 Panini Playbook from our LCS and one of the inner cases only had 7 boxes instead of 8.

Is this something that I need to contact them about or Panini?

Contacted Panini today and they told me to send in the appropriate documents. We shall see how this plays out!

They are pretty good with things like this. Video evidence is best but they will mainly want proof of purchase.

Well when I called today, the rep I talked to, kept apologizing for the mess up.

So hopefully they will actually send a box lol
