Looking to trade my round 13 and round 14 picks for one of the next 3 picks...

A lot of it is because I will be on vacation the next few days with limited access and do not want to hold up the draft

Quick question as i was just scrolling around....saw this little part on the Keeper section of the OP---

No player without MLB experience is eligible to be kept.

But like 5 paragraphs above that it states that "anyone in the ESPN player pool can be drafted"....if i can draft a guy how can i not keep him the next year??

If someone wants to draft a prospect or what if its someone who is expected to be called up this year or start this year but then gets delayed or injured or something

what if Vlad Jr needs TJ tomorrow and doesnt play this year....he cant be kept then for next year? or Tatis Jr? i know its likely these guys play this year....but in a case like Tatis more than Vlad he was drafted i would think more for future keeper status than really being a big help this year...

so its fine if he was to get 4ab in late September but if he doesnt then that person literally wasted a draft pick with no option to decide to keep or not??

just want to make sure i understand so i dont draft someone that i maybe wouldnt be able to keep if they end up not getting the call this year...im not a big prospect guy but still wanted to know going forward...thanks!

Yea. That's what people wanted when we were putting together the rules, so that's what we went with

That is correct. Vlad Jr or Tatis o any other guy would need at least 1 AB to be kept for next year. I drafted and held Eloy on my roster all year and had to give him back as he was not called up

ouch ok...glad i noticed it so i didnt think i was being clever later or something and then feel dumb that i may have wasted a pick just hoping the guy actually got called up and was eligible...ok sounds good...thanks
