I can't even remember who guarded KD this past series (it sure as hell wasn't LeBron, who wanted no part of that) but vs the Bulls you're talking about getting Pippen or Jordan, that's gonna be tough for the cupcake.

The key to beating GS is to make them take the ball out, and the Bulls could do that pretty well. But GS mostly struggles with good defensive teams, Memphis and SA, and the Bulls are probably the greatest there.

Helluva series. Those odds are laughable.

It's really a pointless article when most of the sportsbooks are typically within a point or 2 of each other on current games....and now one sports book says the bulls are favored and another has the warriors giving 8 points.

Burn the BKB hobby forums to the ground and let's start fresh on draft night, K?

jordan, pippen and rodman were utterly relentless on d. there isnt a single player in the league currently that would know what hit them when a real defender put on the pressure. this hypothetical is complete nonsense and a joke to the history of the game.

Seriously.

Throw vintage Rodman on the court with any NBA team going up against the Warriors and it's getting uncomfortable quickly. Throw in the mayhem that Pippen and Jordan would cause with steals...it's a much different game.

Vegas is great with their odds...in current, tangible data sets.

Regardless...different eras are almost impossible to compare.

Rodman was a game changer. Guy was a rebounding freak. Never seen anyone that specifically specialized in rebounding like him. Made it look like an art. His defense was pretty dang good also.

They would have lost to Houston if not for Chris Paul Injury.
Barely favored over them.

Once again Vegas is wrong
Bulls in 5-6

Does anybody actually watch ESPN anymore ?
I don’t think I’ve watched any program other than a game in 3-4 years

Make MJ an underdog with the endless media hype that would accompany such a series leading up to it and watch what would happen after he had to listen to that for a week.

Well there you have it The27Guy. The experts are quoting the hand check rule as a difference maker, lol. I salute you.

Watching finals games from the 90s, including today's 1998 Bulls Jazz, I don't see much handchecking, but I still think the Warriors win with or without it because their collective players are better and they are deeper shooters.

It's hard to compare b/c even the referees are diff. back in the days. With those rules today you can barely touch Curry while guarding him, refs back then usually don't make those kind of calls.
