Suspensions don't help him any I agree but he can't do anything right in the eyes of the NFL. His current suspension is such bs imo.

So let me get this straight.

This current Bengals defense that has won exactly nothing....ever....has two future Hall of Famers on it?

I love Blowout...

I got a feeling your other favorite sports franchises are...
New York Yankees
Golden State Warriors
Alabama football
Kentucky men's basketball
Uconn women's basketball
And prolly a Jimmy Johnson/Jeff Gordon type NASCAR fan lol

And the Bengals and I have the same amount of Lombardi trophies in our trophy case

He rarely rushed the QB. Different defenses tend to have different assignments. If his production was based on sacks, he would not have been a multiple time Pro Bowler.

Sacks matter if you are a pass rusher, not the case here.

You are good at twisting things. I said that if both players have continued success at a high level AND if Burfict can get away from being a thorn in the NFLs side. A lot of ifs. Also lets be real, the HOF is not keen to add HOFers from the Bengals. There is no reason whatsoever that both Ken Anderson and Ken Riley are not in the HOF. Had they won the Super Bowl they would both be in within a couple years.

So a player who does the job well AND gets sacks is no better. Got it. The Lombardi comment is so clever by the way. Like I want them to have no Lombardi trophies or your comment is going to dig so deep that I will no longer be a Bengals fan.

Us Bengals fans are hopeful but haters like yourself are no different. At least we are passionate about our team, not hating on others.

Thats pretty clever? No, Bengal fans spit their vitriol at opposing players and teams as well as anyone else. As for passionate, now that is pretty funny.
I lived in the area for 15 years, True Bengal fans were few and far between, pretty much bandwagon fans.
My best man grew up in Cincinnati and is a true and passionate Bengals fan....and he even says most lack the passion of other teams fans, unless of course the Bengals are winning.

Also, just a heads up, but in order to get sacks, you have to rush the passer, i thought that would be easy enough to understand, but i guees it wasn't.

I most certainly cannot speak for the entire fan base but I have season tickets and am passionate about them. If you wish to have a pissing contest be my guest but it was never meant to be that before you starting shooting out ignorance.

So if you send 4 down lineman and one breaks through should he avoid sacking the quarterback? What about running backs on run plays? Should they wait to hit the line of scrimmage prior to tackling?

I don't see him play A LOT but when I do he is dominant. Not HOF dominant though.

Figured you'd have all kinds of comebacks to an "ignorant" post. They should almost come natural.

And you'd figure somebody not rushing the passer could accumulate more than 200 tackles.

Maybe its just Bengal fans that do not understand football

A. He has over 200 tackles
B. Again, perhaps Bengal fans are not educated about how the 3-4 zone blitz scheme works, although the Bengals were beaten by it enough they should be.

Hes only been in the league since 2012. He's nowhere near the hall YET.

Let him play 5-10 more years and we can talk.

2010...
By 2012 he was essentially Aaron Donald's before Aaron Donalds (stats will back that up)
