I completely agree with you, I think that this year's Finest Uefa is the best looking soccer product I can think of other than maybe Eminence. The cards look incredible.
Thank you! Yes, the design frames the image perfectly and complements the team colors. Wanted this card since the preview was released and was planning to just get the base card or refractor but the superfractor really pops.

Got this one in today. This particular Fines Careers card depicts the fairly decent 2008-09 Barca season

Hoping for some Leo magic in the CL vs Napoli, he must be at his absolute best for Barca to even have a sniff of a chance to progress.

Often, players who saw Pele and Maradona say one of them is best ever, but former Argentine International Humberto Maschio chooses Leo:

Maschio told Clarin: “I've seen Di Stefano, Pele, Maradona, Cruyff - I've seen them all. But Messi is the best.

“I've faced some of those myself but I repeat, again, Messi is the best.”

Maschio acknowledges that the likes of Pele and Maradona were sporting geniuses, but he still considers them to sit in the shadow of a modern-day superstar.

He added: “They were great players in their time but the pace of the modern game is so different. Just look at the goals Messi has scored.

“Leo doesn't run around much on the pitch but when he needs to, it's as if the ball is stuck to his feet.

“I've seen players with unbelievable pace but when they have the ball, they slow down. Yet with Leo it's the opposite and he does it in such a fantastic way.”

The last line says a lot: Messi with the ball glued to his feet at pace is something beyond human.

Hi guys
I have the opportunity to buy this Messi card. The seller claims it's mint, which judging by the pics it's fair to say he's spot on.He lives close by to me and i'm able to inspect the card before purchasing it.I can only go by pics of the cards that have currently sold, but this looks to be far better centered and in better overall condition.
Any thoughts or input would be much appreciated....

Looks off to me, the colours on the front aren't right. It looks like one of the fakes from this thread:

Appreciate the input.
Perhaps the scans do no justice to the colour quality, but i can assure you the seller is legitimate and only collects and deals in high end sports cards, fine art and expensive vintage jewellery. He has an outstanding reputation in the art world and would not be piss farting around with some small time sports card.
That alone speaks for itself, but i am no aficionado when it comes to this particular card.I can also guarantee 100% that this card has zero semblence to the fraudulent card mentioned by yourself.

Like fadster said, that is a counterfeit. The colors are brighter than they should be and the edges are not cut in the same way as with the original.

The seller may well have paid a lot for it and was hoping for a high grade card...but if so he was duped.

I agree. Colors look off. As a reference, please see below colors of a raw authentic copy I have in my PC. Be careful.

The colors are so off, it looks as if Mr. Messi went sunbathing at the beach for six straight hours without sun screen before playing the game, where the picture was taken.

I am in the process of doing additional due diligence and i appreciate the raised concerns by the previous posters.
Finding your thread could potentially save some heartache.
Cheers lads.

Some new arrivals! Pulled 3 Messi Gold Refractors out of my 3 cases of 2018-19 Topps Chrome UEFA from Blowout (one still pending at PSA) along with a ton of colored Ronaldo parallels that have since sold.

The field level parallels are amazing, might be a big card later because of the design as well as due to mbappe presence in the same set.

Had them up in my store but pulled them and keeping for now. Personally a fan of the Zebras as they’re serial numbered unlike the other sports.

One of my favorite cards. Iconic photo (Messi holding up his shirt after scoring Clasico winner for 500th Barca goal) and nice cracked ice finish.
