Do you know if you queue up players it drafts them as soon as youre on the clock? or it drafts them once 24 hours expires?

Honestly there's a lot I don't know about how the draft will work. I was able to confirm with a test league that you will get email notifications both when you are on deck, then again when you are up

I can try queuing my first pick to see if it submits it automatically right at 6am tomorrow or not

I am also unsure what it will do if the full 24 hours expire without a pick being made - select from queue if set, give highest remaining ranked player, or skip entirely and move on to the next one. Hopefully we won't need to worry about that at all, but I am curious to see what would happen. It would be helpful to understand some of the text in the settings

However, the "auto-draft" setting is set to never, so it's still unclear as to if/when it kicks in...

I have my pick loaded into the queue, so we'll see if it automatically goes through first thing in the morning, or if I still need to go in and submit it myself

Interestingly, I did *not* get an email that the draft has started nor that I am on the clock. Curious if Eckstein got anything for being on deck, or Ksmith in a few minutes when he's on deck after I pick

Still searching in the settings for options around emails/alerts for the draft but still not finding anything

Also - I had pre-set my pick in the queue, but it did not automatically submit for me. I *think* it would select from my queue if my pick clock where to run out, but I am not sure and don't really want to test it

FYI I did just catch one thing, Fantrax's roster settings are a little funky and I noticed that we were set for a max of 13 starters when we should have 14 based on the roster sizes we agreed on (C x2, 1B, 2B, 3B, SS, CI, MI, OF x4, Util x2). I updated that so we would have the correct number of starters + 4 bench slots. However, the draft appears to still only be 17 rounds, so we may need to manually draft one more round afterwards to fill out everyone's roster

Definitely debated Shohei at #1. Figured he would get fewer ABs this year though with being on the mound again, and wanted to avoid a pitcher injury risk knocking him out of the batting order as well. But there's still decent odds he ends up as the #1 player this year regardless

Just want to say.....this Fantrax draft absolutely crushes our manual drafts. I love this. Easy. Concise. No need for PM's. Easy to pick on the go.

I am liking this overall. It's a no brainer for a straightforward format like this with pure snake, no keepers, no draft pick trading, and a 1st year league. And probably good overall for the other leagues too. But there are a ton of things under the hood that you guys don't see. Fantrax offers an incredible level of customization, but to a fault sometimes. With so many different options, when there are more settings to try to apply, it gets pretty difficult because there are just so many different things you can change. Hard to explain without getting really into the weeds, but hoping all this works as a good trial run to shed some light on some of the basics and allow us to think about the pros/cons of moving other leagues over next year

I was able to fix this, so the draft has 18 rounds now. I also briefly enabled draft pick trading just to explore functionality, and I can confirm we can set up draft pick trades while the draft is underway, for reference for other leagues. The visualization of it isn't very good comparatively, but it would work

Yea it’s super customizable as I have something that’s a mix of your RTG and this league on there with 20 owners. But get what you mean that a little tweak here or there blows everything up. We had a two week period where scores got super wonky because a small adjustment made.

The interface is so generic that it takes some getting used to but I actually kind of like it. Wild for me because I usually hate new things.
