? about a Tebow auto card on ebay

Can someone help explain this to me? I'm very new back into the hobby and this just didn't make any sense to me.

I bid on a 2010 press pass Tim Tebow autograph red ink card #'d 165/199 on ebay. Item # 130410788616 (sorry I haven't figured out how to link). I continued shopping and found item # 13410788717 which is the exact same card from the exact same buyer. There can't be 2 of these #'d 165/199 can there? What will this seller do since there are bids on both items? I sent the seller a message asking them and they just canceled my bid with no explanation?????
