Man, Prestige used to be one of my favorite sets to put together, buy and resell. #'d XTRA POINTS, Retail Version XTRA POINTS, good inserts and the SP's were always a fun money maker.
That all ended after the 2009 set. (Which is still my favorite rookie class)
2010 was a joke...the retail offering was crp, the card quality tanked...but i still enjoyed the SP's, etc....but then they tried to pull this off as a card (not this player, just this look to the set)
I'm still dissapointed. My question, is this a result of Panini or did they get rushed to production because of lock out?? Or am I looney for thinking this year's version of prestige is the biggest joke of a card release (not that Rising Rookies was better, but it's not a staple like Prestige)
