Ebay refund question
Buyer wants a refund today for an item I shipped several days ago Ground Advantage - tracking shows in transit still but delayed.
Shipped out by me Jan 31, tracking shows as "Running Behind, original estimate was Feb 2- Feb 6" My question is if he opens the item not received case and I refund him today and then the item shows up let's say by EOW (I imagine it will......) what do I do then? Would I have to call eBay and tell them I refunded buyer but then item showed up so eBay will side with me or nah? Of course I would like him to be patient for a few more days, that would be the ideal outcome for me as the seller. Thanks BO GURUS. - QED
