KC is in a very tough spot because they lose almost all tiebreakers with everyone. (If they beat Houston, they win the tiebreaker against Houston) Everyone below has 6 games left except KC who has 5 (Ravens currently playing as I write this post). KC basically needs to win out AND get 2 of the following 4 to happen:
1) Chargers lose 3 times (1 of which would be to KC if KC wins out) 2) Colts lose 4 times OR Jaguars lose 3 times 3) Bills lose 3 times 4) Ravens OR Steelers lose twice BUT their (hypothetical) H2H victory over Houston won't give them the tie breaker over Houston if it is a 3+ team tie. So even if they beat Houston, they can't end up in a 3-way tie where Houston is involved. Last edited by Fenway55; 11-27-2025 at 09:10 PM. |
