Another eBayer to block odds_and_ends-45

Purchased a .99 cent ultra modern base Score card via ESE. Condition is described as Near Mint-Mint. Sent in penny sleeve, semi-rigid that is painters taped to a cardboard chip, that is then inserted into an Armalope envelope. Buyer left negative feedback with no message or INAD claim. Stated card had "damaged corners". Really strange actually. That's an apology, automatic full refund and discount on next purchase on my side. After some research, he's done this to multiple sellers, total of 12, in the last 30 days.
