Fanatics must be handing out credit to businesses like Blez and DA's for creating these bounties for cards. This is just a crappy way of enticing gamblers to buy, no different than seeing an amount that can be won on a lottery ticket. A sneaky workaround to avoid calling it gambling and this is a marketing scheme that shouldn't be used in a hobby where kids are involved to some extent with purchasing power.
