Heard back finally after having to send additional pictures along with my PSA customer number to verify my identity. They aren't replacing it even though there's a crease across the back of the card and it's bent like a pringle... What a joke. I knew there was no way they had enough replacements to cover all the issues like this. I would love to know how many they actually replaced and what those looked like.

"We have a very limited number of copies available to replace severely damaged cards and because of this we are very selective as to what qualifies for a replacement.

At the moment we are only replacing Promo Cards that were treated with complete disregard of the “Do not Bend “ notice and were left with severe damage like extreming creasing and severe folding. Cards with warping issues and manufacturer quality control issues, will not qualify for a replacement.

I understand this is not the answer you were hoping for and I apologize for how the courier handled your PSA Magazine. "
