Rust on a vehicle
I am a car guy and currently have a truck on bring a trailer. For those non car loving folks Bring a Trailer, aka BaT, is like Ebay on steroids for car lovers. They have high end and unique auctions . Anyway the subject of rust has come up and I am very surprised at what amount of rust concerns people. unless you live in Nevada or arizona every car will have a minor amount of rust. Surface rust is not the same as rust eating thru panels. This is a 28 year old truck with 160K miles we are talking about not a 2025 Bugatti that has never been rained on. I dont know I guess I am crazy. In my state (Tennessee) if you go to a dealer and look at any 10 year old vehicle 100% will have "rust".
