(Sportlots crew, if it's not already on the to-do list, a bulk update feature on the shipping screens would be swell).
Functionally, all that the order moving from pending to en route tells you is that the seller has marked your order as filled. For me, as a seller, I do this when your order has been packed into its envelope and that envelope is in the bigger shipment that I'm preparing to send to sportlots. Again for me, that package is either going out later that day or the next, depending on what time it is when I process orders. Then, from my location out west, it takes 4-5 business days for the box shipment to get to Green Bay, WI. Typically it seems like they get processed by the guys at Sportlots within about 2 days.
So, to sum up, ballpark time from an order going from "en route" to "in box" in this example is about a week, give or take. Obviously this'll vary between different sellers and given different factors.

Yes, when we get to rewriting the seller screens, there will be a single spot to add tracking for box shipments. That along with a number of other enhancements for Box shipping.
You can however take advantage of copy/paste and just paste the tracking number to each order until that enhancement is complete (it will be a while before we get to those screens).
