Just announced by Upper Deck on social media, no details yet (price point, release date, etc.) but a little info below copied from a BO competitor who already has it listed.
I am not much a fan of BD generally as a high-end product, and like Allure it seems an awkward fit with a wrestling release. The AEW card market and interest in the promotion as a whole seems to be at a low ebb from my perspective, so pricing will be interesting as I can't imagine people will be lining up to break this at the $300/box price point that Spectrum opened up at. I guess we may get on-card autos for the first time in an AEW set, which would be something. Not getting my hopes up too high there, though. Configuration: 6 cards per pack. 1 pack per box. Look for 1 Diamond Relic, Memorabilia, or Booklet Card, 1 Autograph Card, 1 Manufactured Relic Card, 1 Insert Card, and 1 Base Set Card or Base Set Printing Plate, 1 Exquisite ® Collection Card per box on average. |
