Because ROH has no need to be on AEW. Tony Khan does not know anything about wrestling. He jus spends his dad's money so he can play with his human action figures. If he had the smallest idea what he was doing. He would set up ROH on it's on show instead of just slapping AEW talent with the titles. Rampage is a joke so there is no reason not to set that up as a pure ROH show and have only guys wrestle for ROH on that. No reason to bring all these guys from all these different promotions onto AEW so Khan can be a fan boy and have matches that the majority of of fans don't know who these guys are because they don't watch these foreign promotions. It's also a disservice to the bloated roster he has of guys not being able to get time on TV when he brings guys in from the outside promotions.

Perhaps he is trying to gauge interest in order to make ROH its own show? I don't know, but just a thought for maybe something they are doing behind the scenes.
