Just sayin’ there always appears to be a double standard with comps regardless of buying or selling where people try to leverage it to their advantage (or not) depending on which way it goes. That's just business lol. I'm incredibly hypocritical about comps, my usage/denial of them depends on my side of the equation. A benefit of this stance is that I don't get too worked up when I think a seller is being overly stubborn. It's very easy for me to move on because I understand their position. I have run into some pretty frustrating buyers/sellers but hey, that's just life.
