Is any one familiar with these?

Hi,
I’m not all that familiar with these. Wether collectors are after these or if they are not as sought after. I have seen a few on eBay, with high asking prices. I’m not even sure of what a reasonable price would be that they would sell at.
(Btw the scratches are on the cases)
