I know there are plenty of folks who either hardly see their spouses or even view the relationship more like business partnership. They're obviously going to have different takes than people who see their relationship as built on the depth and exclusivity both partners share.

Then there's my good buddy and his wife. They were both best friends with the same guy in high school and now that they have kids, they alternate years where one of them will fly out to spend a week with the guy and hang out. They're happy.

Still working my way through this thread, but just so we're all on the same page, they're banging.
