Conduct detrimental to the league is a pretty broad rule open to interpretation by the commissioner who has the authority to make final decisions and enforce them. I’m no expert but I’m sure similar authorities are granted to teams with respect to their player’s under contract. I don’t know how you can watch Ja’s conduct and defend it, but it doesn’t matter because the league has built in who gets the authority and gets to make that call anyway.
