Default Question on selling third-party vault cards on eBay

I get the impression that some people are selling cards stored at the PWCC or Goldin Vaults on eBay, where presumably upon sale, they're asking for shipment of their cards to the buyer of the card.

Is that accurate? I genuinely don't know whether this is obvious or completely off base. Do any of you do this? Do you know anyone who does? Does it make sense, and is it an OK practice, morally and business-wise?

Any help would be great. FWIW, I post this in the basketball thread mostly because the bigger pieces of my collection which are FS are basketball cards stored in these two vaults, where it's almost impossible to get traction for selling unless running at auction. Thanks!
