I was under the impression that the "sealed cases" did not have the usual markings with the 10/8 and SKU/barcode. I thought someone said it just had a packing slip taped to their box and you would not know what was in it otherwise.
If it has the standard Topps sealed case markings, then I'd agree that it is a true "sealed case" and the taped-on packing slip doesn't matter.
ETA: only a true sealed case if it has all 10 boxes. What did people do with the Cosmic "sealed cases" that had 10 instead of 12 boxes?
