Autographs through the mail
I was wondering if any of you have ever had much luck mailing cards to players for them to autograph with a SASE?
When I was a kid, I think I mailed off about six cards. Five of them responded with the "due to the large volume of fan mail..." letters and glossy photos. The only one I remember getting autographed was from Robin Yount. So, I was batting .166  Does anyone do this, and if so, what tips can you offer?
