Panini redemption question

I read the mail from panini saying they are going to close all pre-2017 open request.
I have requested for replacement cards for my open redemption requests last year but got no response since... I am worried if they will close these too without sending me replacement cards.

is there anyone in panini I can contact through mail? I've sent few to cs@paniniamerica.net but got no response...also twitter account @PaniniCSM...
