Default I don't get super-high inflated IG card prices

We see it on eBay but I really don't get if you're selling a card that just sold for $5k and asking $12k [identical grade, non-auto] when the only people that would be interested at $5-6k are gonna be PC guys of this player.

Like, we all know what the market is and if we don't you can just look at the last sale a few weeks back. It's not like anything has changed in the offseason.

I'm even willing to pay a few dollars over last auction to get a deal done but when you ask for 120% premium....who do you think will buy it? You don't even get the 'eBay flex' out of it being listed at the top of your page.

It just ensures I will never make you offers for cards you want to sell. It makes you look like a shyster or an imbecile.

And the # of people who want this card is like....25 of us? 35? But zero at your price. No speculators would ever come near it.

Enjoy your weekend,
